Strauss-Kahn Regrets of Adulterous Relationships

The former leader of the International Monetary Fund Dominique Strauss-Kahn who was made to put an end to his political career due to the sexual scandals connected with him has admitted that he wasn’t aware of the negative consequences of his adulterous relationship.

Strauss-Kahn has made this statement during his interview to the French journal “Le Point” after keeping silence for quite a long period since September 2011.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn admits that he used to suppose for quite a long time that he was able to lead his private life the way he liked without having some negative consequences affecting his political career. He also states that one may meet a lot of public figures at the privates parties in the numerous VIP clubs of Paris. He says he is sorry now for his being so naive and light-minded.

According to the words of Dominique Strauss-Kahn the things that may be justified if they are connected with a top-manager, an actor or an athlete won’t be excused in the case if they are committed by a politician of that level.

He states that he regrets of his actions that branch out with the ideas about the French politician should act. Along with that he asked the journalists and paparazzi who were chasing him to leave him alone. He states that he is not a politician anymore. Dominique Strauss- Kahn also adds that he is not the candidate for the position of the president anymore though he hasn’t been prosecuted in any country of the world. The journalists’ hunt for him can’t be justified somehow. Moreover his case was mocked and a lot of false stories and gossips were made up to tar the reputation of his family.

Nowadays the former politician delivers the lectures abroad and provides the consultations for the bas and investment funds.
